The Austrian Green Planet Building Awards 2026 ceremony took place on April 28 as part of the Build'n Green at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber. In bright sunshine, guests enjoyed a unique venue high above the rooftops of Vienna.
The ceremonial presentation of plaques and certificates was carried out by Henriette Spyra, Director General at the Federal Ministry for Innovation, Benedikt Ennser, Director General at the Federal Ministry of Economy and Gudrun Hager, Chief Operating Officer – ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA.

AGPB Awards 2026
Timber Praha, Prague, CZE
The first multi-storey residential building in Prague constructed from timber, impresses with its high energy efficiency and comfort of use.

AGPB Technology Award 2026
90 Long Acre, London, GBR
The complex prefabricated façade elements enabled an energy-efficient refurbishment to be completed within a short timeframe. 80 per cent of the existing structure was retained, and operational energy consumption fell by 70 per cent following the renovation.
